Its insufficiency results of blood oxygenation, poor regeneration, fibrosis, finally respiratory system collapses. Exogenous surfactants have previously shown great promise treatment infant distress syndrome, they may also aid healing damaged cells prevention failure. Surfactant based therapy been advised COVID-19, trials begun around world. Furthermore, greater research on timing, dose, distribution COVID-19 patients required before this technique can be implemented clinical practice.
